Description
An RCPS bus driver pulled over in front of my house around 5pm on 8/29/24 and i just happened to look out the window when she swept a bunch of trash out of the door of the bus and into the ditch in front of my house. I went out and asked her to pick it up and she told me "everyone litters here" while cursing at me. Yes, for some reason people in our neighborhood like to litter in the ditch in front of my house but i think its a little wild that an RCPS bus driver would think it was okay to do this. The last 4 digits on the license plate on the bus were 6086. I dodnt get a clear look at the bus number, i know it started with fs but im not sure what the number was, maybe 103
