Description

The block of E 22nd Street and the alleyway of Halifax Ave. & Ingram Ave. consistently has trash laying around, furniture and other household items being dumped, and even drug paraphernalia. The residents at Halifax and Ingram suspect the drug come from 2117 Ingram Ave. We have witnessed drugs being sold at that residence and drug addicts hang at the alleyway, discarding dangerous, used needles. This was reported to law enforcement, with no action.
