Description

This is an update to the 311 we sent on May 6, 2023. I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding a severe overgrowth of weeds, vegetation, vagrants and trash Dumping Site on the property (1010 Hull Street) Over the past few months, we have noticed that the vegetation behind 1010 Hull street grown so much that it has started to have a negative effect on the side of our building that we manage (1014 Hull street) . Not only is it causing damage to the exterior, but it is also posing a problem for the windows on the 2nd and 3rd floor of our property. Additionally, the unkept vegetation on the rear of the 1010 building, has caused an infestation of rodents and trash with evidence of homeless living g condition. The vegetation has begun to obstruct the windows, which would easily be a fire issue. (Please see the attached photos) Given the importance of maintaining a safe and well-maintained property, I need your assistance in finding a solution to address this matter. It would be greatly appreciated if code enforcement could take the necessary steps to contact the owner of 1010 Hull street, to get them to rectify the situation, ensuring that it no longer poses a threat to the building or the egress windows. I trust that you will address this issue promptly. If you require any further information or if there is anything else I can do to assist in resolving this matter, please do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to a positive resolution. The attached photos show what it look like before the overgrowth and would it look like as of today
