    Behind the 2200-Blk of Northumberland Avenue on the Even side are tires, trash & other debris. In the rear of 2215 Wickham Street, access through the alley, engines, broke down cars and trucks, and other debris in the yard. Notified and sent to Charles Rose, DPW.
