Description
PAIX coffee on Cleveland street is not provided with a dumpster. They have been illegal dumping in the alley at Stuart and Cleveland. They have left a ton of debris from an old fence and other trash on a residential building. The business is illegal dumping on the alley during repairs, and is continually using tax paying residents trash bins for the restaurant trash
