Description
Dominion employees are using the drainage ditch to dump electrical equiment including electrical coils and a large orange pipe. I’ve watched them work the past 2 days and now the sale equipment they’ve been using has found its way into the drainage ditch. I can easily see all of this from my home. This site in general is filled with garbage and the city has ignored my requests to clean it up and now dominion employees are adding to the dump.

I couldn't see any electrical equipment, however there is a lot of trash and some broken up furniture that can be seen from E. Brookland Park Blvd. Information will be sent to Charles Rose with DPW.
