Description
Massive amounts of illegal dumping - to the point animals have started encroaching on our home which is right next door. This place is a dump in itself but definitely not zoned for this.

- Staff · May 16, 2024On February 27, 2024 I responded to this address. CAD#202402270166 RVA311 Complaint - #2437 - Illegal Dumping. A Mulch & Compost pile was located on the property. I spoke with Mike Callahan, he provided me with a copy of the Violation Notice from the City that was given to the owner, Mack Hines (804-387-4141) on February 13, 2024. The owner is in the process of making an Eco Plan for the Mulch/Compost.
