Description
This property has been unsightly for years, and is owned by the Economic Development Authority of Richmond. It has been fenced off, forcibly shut down from economic prosperity by the CITY, when it was thriving, and is not held to the same accountability as citizen-held properties. I see the City authorities combing through my neighborhood consistently taking photos of citizen properties, and citing them for infractions. It is unacceptable to commit citizens to such infractions when the city will not do the same for themselves, AND it is shameful to allow historic areas to arrive to such demise.
