Description
I would like to report an encampment of homeless tents that sit under the train trestle, that sits behind the condo bldg Vista On The James. They have started a fire, openly expose themselves to go to the bathroom, hang straps with metal hooks off the train trestle. This should not be allowed & hopefully someone can get them removed
