Description
This request is not actually related to dumping, but trying to inquire why City staff, appearing to be Public Works employees, come weekly to remove litter from a PRIVATELY owned piece of property. The staff persons were also observed placing a bag of trash in the dumpsters (not city maintained) for 900 Terminal Place. If the milliinaire owner whom purchased the former Hardee's would like to remove litter, it should performed by their staff, not taxpayers.
