Description

Someone has disposed of a large tarp in the ally behind my property at 1815 Fairfax Avenue. Leaves are exposed but not sure what else may be wrapped in this tarp. The tarp has been pushed against my fence to give the appearance of debris from my household/yard which is incorrect.
