Description
Caller states someone keeps dropping bags of trash along side the curb in her area. This is done on a trash collection day in their area it's not every time but it's the third time today. Today there was two large bags of trash left. Caller states she went and got the bag that had burst open and see that there's mail addressed to a person. Caller wants to know if something can be done to advise this person that it's illegal to be dumping their trash.
