Description
College students have been vandalizing the back lot with graffiti and when I put a sticker over the graffiti they called the police to do a wellness check and people were told there was a bomb threat by the graffiti artists. Could be the graffiti artists themselves or other students in the area calling the police to do a bomb threat check.
