Description
My neighbors from 3 houses across from me had a party until passed 2 am. When my husband was living for work at 4am he found beer cans on the ditch connecting our house to the duplex apartment next door. We constantly have the neighbors from the houses infrontbof us dump trash in our property and park vehicles without our permission. Neighbors at 4216 had a loud party until 2am Saturday to Sunday and throwing beer cans at our property and the ditch between my property and next door neighbor.
