Description

trash and belongings on the backside (Stafford Ave) of the 2327 Floyd Ave apartment buildings continues to grow and spilling into the street. Likely not any of the tenants in the building, potentially homelessness - not sure if any people at that address have reported, but would be great to get this cleaned up and resolved to keep the neighborhood clean and friendly
