the 4cybercafe allows their trash to build up before collection and people in the alley dump their garbage there and is causing flies and bugs to start appearing rapidly in the apartments behind. people dump whatever they want here and the business does nothing about it while also contributing. it’s causing a massive amount of bugs around and ive started seeing mice/rats. t
