Description
A commercial company, is illegally dumping and storing its construction supplies, debris, and driving on the lot without permission. On April 28, 2023, the Foreman was requested but was not on-site. An employee was notified that the lot was privately owned and all items on the lot needed to be removed. Photos were taken to document the damage to the lot, including hardened cement. Per conversation on May 2nd, with a company director, everything was supposed to be removed by the end of the work day on May 3rd. However, there was more trash and debris at 5:30pm. No commercial company or private entities has written or verbal permission use this property for construction, building, storing, or dumping any thing of any kind. Assistance is needed in resolving this issue immediately. Attached are photos of the damage to the lot, debris, tire marks, and storage materials.
