    Myself and Officer Matthew McHugh with the HOPE Unit went to the location along with Inspector Charles Rose with DPW. A 48 Hour Notice was Posted at the Site on the encampment . (City Code Sec. 26-390 ) informing him that is unlawful for any person to camp, tent on public grounds ,parks etc. Also information was provided of Shelter information and services
