Description

stated the alley behind his home really needs to be cleared. He said there is mattresses and also tents that have been put up and people living in the alley and using the dumped debris to hide themselves. Once investigated, request is to have DPW to come clean the alley out. Right on Henrico / Richmond line, Henrico has come out and advised City alley

    Myself and Site Inspector Charles Rose with Community Enhancement went to the location on Today. I also sent this complaint and photos to the Officer assigned to the HOPE UNIIT .
