Description

had placed a request and it was closed that's not complete...this is a illegal dumping concern and not a bulk trash collection pick up that is being missed. Caller states there's a large tarp with construction debris, landscaping etc. that is dumped..This is at a dead end. The items are next to this address this is next to the last house on the street.
