Description
There is garage renovation/construction going on behind 2319 W Grace, on the alley side. Service trucks routinely block the alley all day while they work. They have created a mess already with brick dust going into the alley and backyards. Now there is a strong odor of fuel (not gasoline, but perhaps diesel or another oily fuel) and the puddles are slick, in the alley directly behind 2319 W Grace. This whole construction process has been careless and messy. Not sure I'd call it illegal dumping but this is the closest to hazardous spill I can find on RVA311.
