Report Illegal Dumping

Description

Our neighbor that lives in 1912 Cedarhurst Dr. blows all of his leaves from his yard into his ditch/trench, and whenever it rains the water takes all of his leaves from his ditch and carries them down and gets stuck in ours, there is so much that it clogs up the sewer that runs under our driveway, and blocks the water from flowing through. So the water has no where to go so it ends up flooding and overflowing into the street. As you can see in the photos, our yard is still covered with leaves, and his yard has no leaves. So, the leaves stuck in our ditch ARE NOT our leaves, they are all from him. We have cleared them multiple times, but he keeps doing it! I’m tired of cleaning up other people’s entire yard of leaves. Talking with other neighbors, they said he has done this for years because he just doesnt want to dispose of them himself, he just lets the water take them down the way. These sewer ditches collect rain water from all over, starting from Bliley Rd. And it all travels down. And because of him blowing his leaves into his ditch, which then clogs up out ditch, the water overflows into the street, causing the cars to slow way down in order to pass. It causes major drainage problems. I have video of the last time it rained, and you can see our ditch is clear, and then you see the entire pile of leaves float down from his ditch and get stuck at ours, causing the water to overflow into the street.
