Description
Dumping of needles in front of the neighbors homes and they are doing a share house like maybe 2 or 3 different dealers come by but inside the house there are people who are or women that are prostitution for the drug and we the neighbors want them gone the house sits very dark looking at night but people are not moving about going in and out of 1706 Edwards Avenue Richmond Virginia 23224
