Description

3406' agents illegally dumped large construction wood in June 2021. Since 2021 I have reported but city & RPD racially discriminated with me and fail in their duty of care towards a victim, the undersigned. Instead they resort to violent assaults to cover up illegal dumping by 3406' agents. -->>>IMPORTANT NOTE :: ANY ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION DUMPING LEFT BY AGENTS, IS THE LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY ASSUMED BY THE INCOMING CURRENT RESIDENT IN 3406 FRONT WHO IS SOLELY & CLEARLY BY LAW RESPONSIBLE FOR ABATEMENT BECAUSE THE CONSYRUCTION WOOD BELONG TO HER HOUSE ILLEGALLY DUMPED BY HER PEOPLE, MAKES HER DURECTLY RESPONSIBLE BY LAW. SHE IS A NUISANCE TO SOCIETY SINCE SHE MOVED IN 2021 STALKING ME TO MY STREET, INTERFERING IN INVESTIGATION BY DEFLECTION TRICKERY. -->> CITY MUST ABATE THIS NUISANCE.
