Description

Resident I suspect is dumping residential Red Clay from resident digging of garage behind home in alley and spreading around city trees and 10 to 20 feet plus in lenght and 5 to 6 feet wide in the Rosewood median strip killing any vegetation and creating red clay run off in the gutters then eventually the River
