COMPLAINT AGAINST: Property Maintenance Inspector, RANDALL MASTERS. https://www.rva311.com/rvaone#/request/detail/new_cs180227192811/PDR000012033. 1. Masters DID NOT conduct inspection. 2. Masters fraudulently closed this service request at 8:34 am, FALSIFIED as 'completed' within one minute of being assigned at 8:33 am. 3. See the pictures the weeds behind 3406 are like 12' high, And a large wooden piece dumped smashing my fence. 4. Masters did not post a violation OPEN since last year, proving egregious bias and fraud in city office by inspectors. 5. Supervisor to call me at 8049689026 to make an appoint when assigned to inspect.
