Description

Concerned of trash items that are dumped on a side alley of this address. There's a box spring, bags left in the supercans, etc. this is a side alley that the trash truck doesn't go down to pick up trash. Caller states the college students piled up the debris of trash and left it in the side alley and it's accumulated trash that is forgotten.
