Description

Trash piled on sidewalk all the time. Trash and recycling cans here year round. Cans labelled 2205 and 2203. Neighbors in Floyd facing houses havent responded to polite requests. Then the animals eat through the bags and make a big mess. The site is on the West side of Shields Avenue as you approach Floyd Avenue. Thanks.
