Description
Neighbors have been dumping leaves, brush, discarded plastic outdoor furniture, and trash in the alley that ends at my rental property. I moved into this rental property nine months ago, and, except for the large pile of leaves, it appears the illegal dumping has been going on for some time. About four to six months ago, a neighbor dumped the leaves in front of my gate. I cannot access my back gate and cannot maintain my portion of the alley. This creates a health hazard, too, as this is the perfect condition for mosquitoes and ticks to thrive.
