Description

Repeat requests have been made to North Avenue Public Library lawn maintenance crews to stop power blowing all the debris and mounds of cigarette butts onto our private property. We spoke to the Library staff as well. This practice is illegal dumping and coming into private property. Police? Or your resolve?
