Description

On the Norfolk Street side of The Altamont Apartments which are located at 1620 Altamont Ave. the trash constantly piles up. This occurs weekly because they do not have their trash picked up often enough and refuse to pay for an additional trash pick up day which is clearly needed. It blocks the entire city sidewalk as well as a handicap ramp.
