Description

Our property at 3 S 12th Street backs up to 1203 E Main Street. We share an alley way. 1203 E Main property has an illegal dumpster filled with oil that is on our property against our building. They are obstructing the alley way with another dumpster. We have tried to get an inspector to take a look, but nothing was done about it.
