Description

This home is being gutted by a contractor who has left a huge overflowing trash container in the back yard. The amount of trash, debris, furniture, and windows (such as dirty mattresses) are being dumped exceeds the capacity of the trash container. Now trash is blowing into the alleyway and into others' properties. We are concerned that this will become a breeding ground for bugs and rodents. We ask that you follow up with this owner to have his/her container dumped.
