Description
Longstanding grafitti on all the backs of garages for Plum and Grove alley driveway at 1415 Grove. Now it has spread to the large apt at 1413. As of 1/10/22 it is on my roll up garage door 1417 in small alley. This should NOT be painted over. Needs paint remover. One of the many Perpetrators uses SiD as tag.
