Description
People treat this block and the ravine as their personal trash can. It's gross. Trash all the time. Glass everywhere. There are buckets, furniture even a gutter once. The block from Cliff to Richmond Henrico Turnpike is very dirty. I pick up trash in front of my house all the time. Sometimes it's paint cans and even a gutter once that a contractor just dumped. You can fill an entire trash can with just a week's worth of trash. There should be some city trash cans on the corner of Cliff and Brookland Park and at the corner of Brookland Park and Richmond Henrico Turnpike. One on both sides of the street would be great. I am sure this will not stop the littering but it might help.
