Description
There is new Graffiti on the old Weiman's Bakery building in Shockoe Bottom. Prior Graffiti had been painted over, but these are new tags added probably in the last week or so. On Sunday, 10/24, there was a large congregation of young African American males in the parking lot between the Weiman's building and 111 North 17th Street. They did not have permission to park there and congregate, as it is a private lot. Can this be looked into please?
