Description

This wall under the railroad tracks has been cleaned up at least a dozen times since I have lived here in the last few years. Now it has the words "Fuck RPD" which needs to be removed immediately. Why is this permitted to continue here. the graffiti is trash and the people who disrespect our city on the east side need to start being held accountable. Make them clean it up!!! If they spent hours in the heat cleaning all the graffiti they might think twice about doing it again. It is terrible that nothing is being done about this!
