Description
Trash and large items are being placed in dump area so as to accumulate and overflow into the heavily used alley. Many times the garage across from this site is affected by items falling out of this site, especially when large items like sofas, beds, chairs, etc are dumped. This is an environmental, health and safety issue. We have spoken with the condo management and their attitude is, “this is Richmond, what do you expect?”
