Description

Illegal dumping of all kinds of trash (mattresses, tires, etc.) in parking lot behind Jewett Machine, corner of 29th & Maury Streets (northwest corner). Reported condition several weeks ago but trash continues to accumulate daily. Parking lot is owned by Spa Development, LLC - registered agent: Thomas W. Papa
