Description
The graffiti in the 1100 block of Arthur Ashe Blvd is a great concern. Several properties have been sold and do not have active tenants. The properties are empty which seems to be a draw for graffiti vandals. The property owners are not maintaining their properties by abating the graffiti. Some properties also have trash and over grown vegetation. This area has operating business and this looks bad to potential customers. This area has many new breweries, apartments and businesses, this blight is a detriment. I have attached a video clip of the most recent vandalism to the building next to our business. Assistance with holding the property owners accountable for the upkeep of their property would be greatly appreciated.
