Description
This is the start of the third week landlord has allowed its property to look like this. This is a follow up to RPD000001507 (July 13), RPD000001506 (July 13) and RPD000001498 (July 6), which describe this continuing/ongoing problem. History of violations with explanation of landlord behavior at RPD000001045, RPD000001046, RPD000001022, RPD000001021, RPD000001005, PDR000005058, PDR000005059. Essentially, landlord has a guy with a pickup truck take trash from inside its two 12-unit (24x units total) complex, which the residents find inadequate, not surprisingly, and they leave trash in the back that squirrels, racoons and birds pick through and landlord never cleans it up or videos/monitors its residents. History of violations at at RPD000001498, RPD000001045, RPD000001046, RPD000001022, RPD000001021, RPD000001005, PDR000005058, PDR000005059. The recycling men are not taking the recycling as it is full of trash.
