Description
Duplicate request for 3224 Stuart (request also submitted for 3228 Stuart). Landlord encourages irresponsible dumping / illegal trash cans. History of violations with explanation of landlord behavior at RPD000001498, RPD000001045, RPD000001046, RPD000001022, RPD000001021, RPD000001005, PDR000005058, PDR000005059. Trash has not been cleaned up and has gotten worse since reported last week. Pictures from a Tuesday the day following the prior Monday’s trash/bulk collection/recycle day. It's disrespectful of our city and our trash men to let this behavior continue. Landlord is private equity owned and management company is The Collection Midtown, 888-405-5196, https://www.collectionmidtown.com and markets these 24 units as "luxury" units.
