Description
The alley alongside our house has become an illegal dumping zone in which trash and debris has gotten out of control. Unfortunately, the trash and debris has attracted rats. Rats are almost always in and around the trash cans. They can be seen in the backyard as well as you can see where they have burrowed behind the trash to get into the basement of our house. We have paid almost one thousand dollars for pest control and almost constant rat baiting. We routinely have to fix holes in an effort to try to stop the rats from getting into the basement. We are requesting the relocation of these trash cans away from the house as the trash is getting out of control.
