Description
A tall skinny tree either fell down or a careless neighbor cut it down and placed it illegally along my back fence line- currently an active hazard as it has crushed trash toters as well as intangled with high power lines. Trash is overflowing and i cant gain access or entry or exit the gate. Please help asap! This is located fourth house on the right down the alley coming from east side. (Maggie walker high school) off elizabeth street. I also need this back fence area to be identified as private property somehow, as the new neighboring reaosents on leigh seem to have overtaken my fence as the community dump.
