Description
Boaz and Ruth owns the house at 3019 1st Ave. and for the past couple years they have been dumping piles of garbage at the back of the house along the alley. Sometimes the garbage will get into the alley and nails and screws and other piercing items will puncture car tires as people drive through there. I have requested several times that they stop dumping there but they keep doing it. Attached is a picture of what they dumped last week, but sometimes the piles reach nearly 5 feet high with old furniture and other items
