Description

This is a complaint against south bank apartment complex. They have let bulk trash pile up at their trash bins and have done nothing to try to resolve the issue. It is attracting vermin, and created a foul smell across the complex/parking for several days now. They allow mattresses to take up space and rot without cleaning up the mess
