Description
This lot in a residential neighborhood is being used as a junk yard that would make Fred Sanford proud. There are a number of broke down, unlicensed autos on the property, along with flatbeds that have a variety of items on them, as well as an assortment of debris/containers on the ground. This property is a hotbed to attack rodents as well as other pests. This property has been reported to the City at various times. The owner will tidy it up when the City makes a visit, but it don't be long before it's cluttered again with all types of mess he collects. He has now put up a fence within the yard to hid some of it from being viewed from the street, but the yard is open from the back and can be viewed from the alley, or if possible by drone. Properties have been cited for much less, hard to understand why owner is allowed to continue this practice.
