Description

Trash pile of building on private property. Also there is a shipping container that has been there for a very long time. Do they need a permit or anything to have a shipping container on their property? It is attracting graffiti. Formal address is 19 W. Leigh Street. I believe that shipping container is actually blocking an alleyway. Any update here?
