Description

People repeatedly dump debris and stolen backpacks on this corner. We have repeatedly cleaned it up but it continues. Caravattis should be maintaining it - maybe. The corner is also a hazard and there are large shrubs and a tree that is blocking 1/2 the road... what makes for a safe place to dump stuff without being seen.
