Description

I am a condo owner at Riverside on the James Condo building - facing the James River. I noticed the graffiti along the pipe line in the picture this morning. There are several units in the building for sale and this graffiti will not help. My unit is 408 so it is in direct eye site to the water. I am considering selling my unit and hopeful the graffiti will be removed quickly.
